Immediate opening: we are hiring a precision welder in Mississippi County, Missouri. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On the job you will handle: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges Full-time, day shift.
