Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Dawes County, Nebraska. The job is in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
