The role involves pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Full-time, day shift.
