Gas appliance installer — Washington County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Washington County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Driving licence for travel between sites 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
