Toolroom milling operator • Chattooga County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Chattooga County, Georgia. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to grind and set HSS cutters The role involves: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
