Vacancy available: lift technician (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift technician in Williamson County, Texas. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. On a typical shift you will run load and overload tests with test weights; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Part-time with flexible hours.
