Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Baraga County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
