Now hiring: fabrication workshop technician (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. The role involves crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; take site measurements of openings before fabrication. You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
