Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Wilcox County, Alabama. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
