We are recruiting: we are hiring a spray foam installer in Prince George County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Willing to travel between sites A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
