Sheet metal press operator — Sokoto South

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Sokoto South, Sokoto State. The job is at a busy press shop. Your main tasks: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦160,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
