Day to day you will trace and fix short circuits and earthing faults; check charging system output and battery voltage; replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches; replace ABS, oxygen and crankshaft sensors; solder and heat-shrink wiring joints; read and clear ECU fault codes. Ideal candidate: • Steady hands for soldering fine connections • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems Rotating shifts.
