Immediate opening: finishing plasterer (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Dorchester County, Maryland. The job is at a new-build housing development. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents You will check walls for plumb and level as you go; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
