HSE officer — Mellette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE officer in Mellette County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training 2+ years on the tools preferred.
