Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Menard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Menard County, Texas. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
