Now hiring: we are hiring a nursery worker in Canyon County, Idaho. The job is on the grounds of a hotel resort. Ideal candidate: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Day-to-day duties: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn Rotating shifts.
