Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG welder in Ballard County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
