Line cook wanted in Trumbull County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Trumbull County, Ohio. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 6+ years on the tools preferred.
