Grill cook — Ikot Ekpene

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
