Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horticulturist in Galveston County, Texas. You will work at a landscaping company. Requirements: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Valid driving licence for travel between sites The role involves rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
