Lift technician • Leicestershire, England

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift technician in Leicestershire, England. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. On the job you will handle: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Full-time, day shift.
