Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Greene County, Arkansas. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites You will keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length.
