Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Dallas County, Alabama. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
