Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Haywood County, Tennessee. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Day to day you will weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Ideal candidate: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
