Great opportunity: demolition labourer (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Isles of Scilly, England. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
