GMAW welder wanted in Pointe Coupee Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
