Food packing operative • Walker County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food packing operative in Walker County, Georgia. Day to day you will change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer; strap and band pallets ready for loading; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; weigh and portion products before bagging. You should have: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Able to follow health and safety procedures Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
