Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
