Vacancy available: steel fixing chargehand (Utah)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Uintah County, Utah. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. On the job you will handle: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Rotating shifts. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
