Finishing plasterer • Harrison County, Kentucky

Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Harrison County, Kentucky. The role involves set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
