Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Wood County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Part-time with flexible hours.
