Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Fannin County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours.
