Toolroom milling operator • Allen County, Indiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Allen County, Indiana. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
