Brick and block layer • Georgetown County, South Carolina

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Georgetown County, South Carolina. You will work at a residential building site. Day to day you will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
