Great opportunity: tandoor cook (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Linn County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
