You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
