Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts The role involves replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; service split AC units and VRF systems; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter.
