Oven operator — Ibarapa East

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Ibarapa East, Oyo State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
