Elevator service technician wanted in Mills County

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Mills County, Texas. You will work on a lift modernisation project. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards On a typical shift you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
