Urgent requirement: mason's helper (Kentucky)

Now hiring: we are hiring a mason's helper in Monroe County, Kentucky. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker What we are looking for: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
