Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Manchester, England. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Six days a week, one day off.
