Machine operator (earthworks) • Ouachita County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Ouachita County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient Requirements: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence 5+ years on the tools preferred.
