Fabrication workshop technician wanted in Clark County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Clark County, Kentucky. Day to day you will cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
