Dish pit attendant • Ukwa West, Abia State

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ukwa West, Abia State. The job is in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
