Tube and fitting scaffolder — Androscoggin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Androscoggin County, Maine. You will work at a high-rise building site. Requirements: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Your main tasks: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
