Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Dutchess County, New York. The job is on a high-rise façade. You will lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
