Maintenance electrician — Emmet County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a maintenance electrician in Emmet County, Iowa. The job is at a residential housing project. You will size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; test insulation resistance with a megger. What we are looking for: • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
