Great opportunity: crane operator (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Iosco County, Michigan. You will be based on a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
