The role involves check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
