Pot washer wanted in Tioga County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Tioga County, New York. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room 2+ years on the tools preferred.
